Purchased a brand new car 3 months ago with a free extras package, package was not installed on the car due to being unavailable and was told a month wait. 3 months later still no parts and keep getting the run around from staff at the showroom every time we call. Finally got told parts are there to fit and get there to find out they do not have all the parts and need my sales contract to confirm the parts, which they should have the contract for the car they sold me. Update review was responded by principal dealer and after a short conversation with him. he sorted out the issue and went and personally checked the parts and booked to appointment to get items fitted. Items were fitted today and we are happy with the outcome. Thank you Josh for fixing our issue and hope to continue to do business with Camden valley GWM
