I had my 2023 GWM Cannon serviced at Camden Valley Motors and it was easily the best dealership service experience I’ve had in years. The team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. They completed the scheduled service, checked the brakes and tyres, and carried out a software campaign update without any hassle. What stood out most was the way I was treated: respectfully, clearly and without making simple questions feel like a problem. Rosetta in the Service team is wonderful. Not only kindly offered all options available to me but also follow up and made the whole-day examination to be completed in short few hours. If my Haval headlamp can be 100% operational as Rosetta's efficiency would be a miracle.
