After purchasing our brand new Haval Jolion 2025 HEV, we initially faced some challenges in which we felt we were not heard or taken seriously. However, the way Service Manager Greg and his team handled the situation completely turned things around for us. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident at every step. Greg, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our concerns were properly addressed. He had taken genuine care to explain to us what was happening and ensured to keep us updated along the way.
His communication was clear, honest, and reassuring, and he made sure we felt supported throughout the process. Tommy and Kurt were also helpful and attentive, always ready to assist and keep things moving smoothly. Thanks to their combined efforts, our confidence in the dealership has been fully restored. It’s not often you come across a Service Manager like Greg so dedicated to doing the right thing and rebuilding trust with customers. He is truly an asset to the team. The fact that he had taken continuous time out of his busy day to carefully explain things and listen to us as customers have really allowed us to regain our trust with GWM Camden Valley. Rosetta in the Service team is wonderful. Not only kindly offered all options available to me but also follow up and made the whole-day examination to be completed in short few hours. If my Haval headlamp can be 100% operational as Rosetta's efficiency would be a miracle.

I had my 2023 GWM Cannon serviced at Camden Valley Motors and it was easily the best dealership service experience I’ve had in years. The team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. They completed the scheduled service, checked the brakes and tyres, and carried out a software campaign update without any hassle. What stood out most was the way I was treated: respectfully, clearly and without making simple questions feel like a problem.
